    Description

    Telephone books do not qualify for media mail rate shipping.  Yes, I know others are selling them this way on eBay, and yes, I know eBay does not police this method of shipping.  If I defy the rules and ship this media mail rate, and if the post office opens it for inspection, they will either charge you COD the difference, or bill me for it.  There is a good chance they won't inspect it.
    Nevertheless, I will ship this priority rate in order to adhere to their rules.  Please do not tell me I don't know what I am talking about, because I do.  You can call your postmaster to verify this.  Please do not ask me to ship media rate, because I'm telling you up front I won't do it.
