Art Deco/Vintage Hair Comb/Pin Celluloid Prongs Sterling Silver Top Marked.
I do not know exact era, but most likely 1920s-1940s.
The prongs are most likely apple color juice celluloid, maybe plastic. The Top is Sterling Silver that marked on top.
The hair comb/pin is in Good antique/vintage used condition with some wear.

The comb/pin most likely collectible.
It can be wearable on your own risk.
