Uses 1.06" x .035" x 162.6" blade.
Single-mitering band saw can move
up to
60° to the right

Digital speed readout
(DRO) allows you to reproduce settings with ease.
Cast iron bow
resists vibrations and helps to ensure a high-quality cut.
Hydraulic vise, downfeed, and bow return
make production runs more efficient. Set down the material, press start, and the saw will automatically handle the rest.
You can adjust the
hydraulic descent pressure
(depending on the material) to achieve faster cut times and longer blade life.
Cutting head return position can be altered for
faster cycle times
between cuts on smaller pieces.
Electro-welded steel frame
gives the machine structural strength to maintain accuracy.
Compact floor plan
conserves space in your shop.
High-pressure
flood coolant system
washes away metal chips and helps blades last longer.

Blade tension gauge not present
Original Baileigh material stop not present however it does have a stop that was made in house.
Blade speed adjustment is stuck with blade at max speed.
Original coolant flow lines in work area replaced in house, original coolant line mounts not present.

Saw is located in Knoxville, TN.  Local pickup is preferred however the saw can also be palletized and loaded on customer arranged carrier.
