    Product Description
    myTrackBuddy(TM) offers a time attendance system using the first ever 'App-Ready SmartTag'(TM) technology. It does not require any hardware or software installation.
    Each 'App-Ready SmartTag' is encoded with a unique code that allows users to open up a web app with their smart phone to clock in/out and attach notes.
    An 'App-Ready SmartTag' has a QR Code, an NFC chip and a short URL. Users may choose one of the three methods to access the web app. Upon setup, a web app and an online admin account will be created automatically. Accounting admin may access time attendance data for all employees. Office admin may download time sheet as Excel spreadsheet with pre-calculated work hours for payroll purpose or import to other systems.
    The system is loaded with features:
    1.View log history on web app;
    2.Roll back time if employees forget to clock in/out. ( Log history will indicate both the original time and the roll back time.);
    3.Send message to admin for immediate attention;
    4.Add notes to request time off, sick day or vacation.
    Each SmartTag purchase has a 12-months activation period. After that, we will send you a note and you simply make another purchase to continue.
