Vintage keystone Slotted 12'' Steel Combination Square patent 198495

I have for sale this vintage keystone 12" slotted combination square.
Stamped in the metal KEYSTONE
MADE IN USA
PAT 198495
Red handle has some light spots of paint missing and the blade my need some cleaning with steel wool, blade may have some light pitting "looks kind of textured"
I do not know if this is a rare item but could not find one.
I have tried to
