Description
Vintage STANLEY 8" No. 20(I believe it is #20 but definitely Stanley) Try-Square w/ Brass Trim Square Made in USA 8 inch PLUS an antique scribe tool. I believe the scribe to be Stanley brand but cannot find the markings. It does have a brass face for contactacing the working surface and is marked in inches for rough adjustment. The easily rotated thumbscrew on the end sets the precise length you choose. I will Disassemble the scribe to prevent damage. To reassemble put thumb screw end through the swuare block with the point and brass face on the same side.Stanley T Square has brass facings and trim on handle. No "fluff and buff for the fotos just right out of the tool chest.
Also included is a wooden scribe tool with sharp pointed metal etcher controlled by brass thumbscrews. Fully functional, the scribe point is fine and sharp and the thumb screws turn freely.
Two very cool vintage tools in one auction!
This is a 5 Day auction with a Buy it Now option, so lock in a great deal now. B.I.N goes away after a bid is placed. A great chance to grab a great pair of antique woodworking tools that are still quite usable and relavant today. The items in the photos are the exact items for auction.
The items in the photos are the actual items for auction and shipping is .95 USPS Priority Mail (insured to .00) to the 50 States. I will be sure to pack in seperaately in bubble wrap and in a padded mailer in the Flat rate envelope.
NOTE::: Some States are now charging Sales Tax, and if you are in one of these States, then eBay will calculate those taxes automatically at Checkout. So if you see a Sales Tax Charge, please understand that this is being billed by eBay in accordance with YOUR State Laws, and that those charges go directly to eBay, not me. In fact, I do NOT even see these charges, and have no control over it.
I know, it suxx as does Ebays wildly increased seller fees and late payment for sellers even though you have paid! Imagine going to the grocery store and saying pay you in a few days... That is what Ebay is doing to sellers NOW! They want you to ship before getting paid!
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Payment is due immediately (within 24 hours) after the end of auction. Delaying payment means not only delays in you receiving your item but also for others that won auctions at the same time as I always try to have my auctions end on Friday. Fast paymant=Fast shipping and not delaying others who have won items during the same week. Since Ebay changed yet again their TOS, You will see a somewhat longer than usual "handling time. I only ship ONCE A WEEK due to the distance to the nearest USPS and being disabled I must arrange transport to ship. But even with Ebays onerous seller "adjustments" I will ship as soon as possible after payent is made.
I do not ship outside of the 50 states.
