Vtg 9" Stanley Try Square with Brass Trim

Here is a vintage, Stanley Sweetheart, 9” Try Square with brass trim.
The only marking is below the No. 1 – Stanley logo w/a heart stamped with SW & Made in U.S.A.
It has been well used; the corners are all rounded & some discolor.
This tool belonged to one of my great uncles who was born in 1885.
He did carpentry work; I have had this tool stored away far too long.
I hope someone can put it to good use.
