Domestic Shipping
: UPS Ground, the flat rate price is specified in the auction listing. Delivery usually takes up to 7 business days.
International Shipping
: USPS Express International; price will be determined prior to invoicing and will only be the rate quoted online. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. We have no control over international shipments that are held in your countries customs department. Insurance is required on all International purchases to ensure your item gets to you safely, and is included in the price. We must claim the value of the package for Insurance. We cannot discount the value, or claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees. Purchaser is responsible for all Taxes, Duties and Customs fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We offer a 90 day warranty on all items sold. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the reason why you are unsatisfied and we will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied. If requesting a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt of the item. The purchaser is responsible for shipping fees and will not be refunded these costs.
