This item is being with a 30 day warranty & the seller assumes no responsibility for the proper or improper use of the product. If the item is to be used in conjunction with patient care and/or diagnosis, it is responsibility of the buyer to get proper certifications/licenses for the use of the item. Please expect all items to have some level of wear or signs of use, including scuffs, cracks, discoloration, scratches, stickers, ink etc.
All images/pictures are used for reference purposes as some items may vary due to condition or other factors listed.  Actual product may vary due to product enhancements, upgrades, options and accessories.
This item is guaranteed to be as we represent it in this description or your purchase price will be refunded upon return in as-shipped condition within 14 days of receipt of equipment for a full refund of bid price.

: if a battery is included with a device, or sold at additional cost, I cannot guarantee the life of the battery and you should consider replacing this on receipt. The battery could be showing as good condition under our testing and last many months, or it could run down in transit - for that reason we cannot offer a guarantee or returns.
Although the equipment has been inspected, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly before placing into patient use. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Please note that we do not ship until funds have actually cleared into our PayPal account. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end. If payment is not received by midnight of the 5th day a non-payment complaint will be filed with EBay and the item will be relisted.
Returns
Returns are not accepted.
We record all serial numbers and take pictures of each item that we ship. We also place tamper-proof labels on each item and if they are removed, damaged, or disturbed we will not honor any returns or refunds.
All returned items must be in original condition, packaging, sealed and unused. We reserve the right to reject the item after inspection, (items with physical damage or incomplete packaging, incomplete items). In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim upon receiving a notification from us, the responsibility is between the customer and the carrier.
Also note that we do not refund shipping, handling and packaging charges. Buyer must notify Seller of any discrepancies by email immediately upon receipt of the item to make arrangements for return of item. Upon receipt of returned item, Seller will inspect item to ensure it is in the same condition as originally shipped to buyer. If there are any missing parts or damages to the item, a refund will not be given. This Refund Policy guarantee applies to U.S. shipping addresses within the lower 48 states only. Any sales or shipments to other locations will be as-is and are final.  BY PROCEEDING WITH CHECK OUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF OUR RETURN POLICY.

Shipping
Postal, UPS Ground or Fedex, Freight or Free Local Pick up Available - We have equipment in Canton, Ga for your convenience.  Items are tested before shipping and if you want to ensure your shipment please let me know and we can make an adjustment in shipping price.
We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment, with the exception of HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS. BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS.  UPS Ground is currently our shipper of choice. Items that weigh more than 150 pounds or are bigger than 130" length plus width plus height must ship by motor freight carrier. We use freightquote.com for any items that ship FREIGHT. If a pallet is necessary we will supply one at a nominal fee. If your item is shipping freight, please provide your shipping address, zip code and delivery contact phone number as soon as you are notified that you are the winning bidder.
All items are securely wrapped in protective bubble wrap as a standard measure against damage. If the item is very fragile, insurance will be included in the shipping price and we will state that in the item's description. We do our best to accurately describe each item. However, if we mistakenly misrepresent something regarding the items in the listing, please contact us so we may discuss return options.
