It has brand new batteries and guaranteed not to be DOA. Complete and ready to use. The A.T.S. 2000 Tourniquet System is an automatic, microprocessor-based pneumatic tourniquet system. Self contained device where cuff pressure is achieved with internal pump and does not need an external pressure source. Comes with the Zimmer ATS 2000 Dual Cuff Tourniquet Unit, Zimmer hoses and cuffs, manual and power cord. Uses dual hose single bladder cuffs. Can be used with one cuff or two simultaneously. Adjustable pressure up to 475 mmhg and timers up to 240 minutes. The batteries are automatically charged when the unit is plugged in. There is a pole clamp on the back and slide out instructions for error codes, alarm codes, single cuff, bier block IVRA and dual cuff. Passes the self test and pressure calibration at startup. I used my Zimmer tourniquet pressure gauge to confirm the pressure on both channels corresponded to the presssures on the display. I purchased 2 new batteries and installed them. Tubing is good and cuffs are new, unopened and although expired they are still good for reprocessing. The A.T.S. 2000 Tourniquet System is intended to be used by qualified medical professionals to temporarily occlude blood flow in a patient’s extremities during surgical procedures
on those extremities. Tourniquets have been found useful in producing a bloodless operation field in surgical procedures involving the extremities including:
• Reduction of certain fractures
• Kirschner wire removal
• Tumor and cyst excisions
• Subcutaneous fasciotomy
• Nerve injuries
• Tendon repair
• Bone grafts
• Total wrist joint replacement
• Replacement of joints of the fingers

Condition & Testing
This machine is in very good cosmetic and tested operating condition with minimal sign of previous use and no damage. It has new batteries installed and tested to perform as designed. I used my Zimmer tourniquet gauge to confirm the pressure actually corresponds to the display pressure. The internal pump is strong and quickly inflates the cuffs. Both channels are working perfectly. All controls are working. Passes the self test and calibration at startup. The green indicator light showing the batteries are being charged is working and I ensured the charging function is operating properly. The case, displays and control panel is very nice with no cracks, dings or deformity. New Zimmer hoses and Stryker cuffs. Manual is a photocopy and cord is good.
